Some things just shouldn’t be rushed. Our Beef Dip is the definition of low and slow. We start with AAA brisket, smoking it for 16 hours until it practically falls apart on its own. Pair it with a side of our poutine or homepunched fries and a crisp, cold beer. It’s honest, old-fashioned goodness that hits the spot every single time.
