Appreciation post!

With the rising cost ofโ€ฆ well, everythingโ€ฆ running a small business means constantly revisiting the numbers and making some pretty tough decisions.

But employee benefits were something I really didnโ€™t want to compromise on.

A huge thank you to Wendy Martin for helping us take a fresh look at our benefits plan and find a better way forward - one that allows us to make benefits available to more of our team, while giving them greater flexibility to use those benefits in the ways that are actually most helpful to them.

It would have been easy to look at rising costs and simply cut back. Instead, Wendy helped us rethink what we were doing and build something that makes more sense for our business and our team.
