Good things take a little time.

Every Amicis Tea Pop starts with freshly steeped loose leaf tea before we add real fruit and thoughtfully chosen ingredients.

Folks who try them keep telling us they can taste the difference.

🌱 Our Next Native Plant Giveaway is Here! 🌱

This round we’re giving away Endangered Wood Poppy (Stylophorum diphyllum) and Rose Silkflower (Asclepias incarnata), all potted up in the marine and backyard biodegradable cups we’ve collected and repurposed throughout the season.

💛 Endangered Wood Poppy is one of Ontario’s rarest native wildflowers. Its cheerful golden blooms brighten shady woodlands each spring and provide early-season food for native pollinators. It thrives in rich, moist soil and part to full shade.

🐜 Fun fact: Wood Poppy seeds have a tiny, nutrient-rich appendage called an elaiosome that ants love. They carry the seeds back to their nests, eat the elaiosome, and discard the seed underground, helping the plant spread naturally.

🩷 Rose Silkflower is a spectacular native perennial with fragrant rose-pink flowers that bloom in mid to late summer. It’s an essential host plant for Monarch butterflies and a favourite of bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. It thrives in full sun to partial shade and grows beautifully in average garden soils as long as they don’t completely dry out.

🦋 Fun fact: Rose Silkflower is more commonly known as Swamp Milkweed, though it’s perfectly happy in most average garden soils. If Monarch caterpillars chew the leaves and leave your plant looking a little tattered, celebrate! That’s exactly what it’s meant to do. Your plant will recover, and you’ll have helped raise the next generation of Monarchs.

As always, these plants are free because we love sharing a little piece of Ontario’s natural heritage. We hope they’ll bring years of beauty to your garden and a few more pollinators along the way. ✨

📅 Available while supplies last.
🛑 One of each plant per household.

🌱 Happy planting!
