New Era Plumbing & Heating Ltd. is looking for a Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic / HVAC Technician to join our team in Squamish, BC.

Requirements
Red Seal Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic Certification
Valid Driver’s License
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in residential, commercial, and multi-family construction is an asset

Duties
Install, service, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
Troubleshoot equipment issues
Complete equipment start-ups and commissioning
Follow company safety procedures and standards
Work closely with project managers and site crews to complete projects efficiently

On March 20th, we had the team from Rehau join us in Squamish for a great hands-on learning
session—complete with lunch!
They walked our crews through new tips and tricks for installing PEX piping, sharing valuable insights on their PEX pipe system.
In addition, we learned about the durability of PEX—its resistance to corrosion, scaling, and even freeze
damage makes it a reliable choice for both plumbing and hydronic systems.
Overall, it was a great session that gave our crews practical knowledge to improve efficiency, quality, and confidence on site.
Thank you to the Rehau team for all the learnings and to our guys for showing up, staying engaged, and
continuing to build their skills to deliver top-quality work on site.
