A Little Change to Our Hours! 📣
To help support the Ube Festival and give everyone more time to stop by and try our featured dish, Cornerstone Café & Deli will now be staying open until 7:00 PM on Mondays and Tuesdays during the festival!

🌿💜 Come down and experience our UBE GONE WILD creation for the Ubeverse Festival. This unique dish brings together soft pillowy gnocchi, earthy morel mushrooms, fresh fiddleheads, rich beef stock, and a silky coconut cream sauce with a vibrant ube twist.

Today’s special is our Halifax-style beef donair — only $16 with soup! Loaded up with beautiful thin-shaved beef, fresh vine-ripened tomatoes, raw onions, and finished with that classic sweet donair sauce. Absolutely incredible guys🤤

Soup today is our farmhouse beef & vegetable soup, made with our famous rich beef jus — the same one our brisket sandwiches get dipped in. If you know, you know. 🔥

UBE GONE WILD
This dish is really a celebration of Manitoba spring ingredients with a little bit of global influence worked in. We’re taking soft pillowy gnocchi and pairing it with earthy morel mushrooms, fresh fiddleheads, rich beef stock, and a silky coconut cream sauce. Then we bring in ube for this beautiful natural colour and subtle sweetness that balances the savoury elements.
The idea behind the dish was comfort food, but elevated.
