Celebrating Small Business Week!
Lightkeepers Cafe in the Town of St. Anthony
What better way to celebrate Small Business Week than by shining a light on a local business that puts its heart and soul into everything it does!
The Lightkeepers Cafe in St. Anthony is a truly special place. With beautiful views of the lighthouse, delicious homemade food, the Viking Feast experience, and the warmest hospitality, it offers something special to everyone who walks through the door.
I had the pleasure of enjoying supper there on the last night of the regular season with two friends. The food was amazing, and we were treated to wonderful stories and conversations with the owner and staff. You could feel the pride, culture, traditions, joy, passion, and positive energy that go into making this business what it is.
What really stands out is their commitment to going beyond the traditional tourism season. They welcome cruise ship visitors into the fall and open back up around Christmas. Last year, they hosted 27 Christmas parties, and bookings are already up this year! If you’re thinking about a Christmas party, give them a call soon.
They also give back to the community, helping make the Great Northern Peninsula an even better place to live, work, and visit.
Congratulations to the owner and the entire Lightkeepers Cafe team on your success and all that you have built. You are a wonderful example of tourism, hospitality, season extension, and community spirit in action.
This Small Business Week, let’s celebrate the people who take a chance, work hard, support their communities, and turn their passion into something special.
Here’s to continued success and many more wonderful seasons ahead!
