You don't know this but I left for Singapore to study Engineering after my highschool and lived there for 8 years. Nasi Lemak was my fav breakfast and making this today brought back so many memories. Also reminded me how short life is. A confused teenager then now a Husband,Dad, Boss and many more hats to juggle!

"Church starts in 20 minutes!"

My wife dragged me and our three girls to church this morning, just like every Sunday.😁 We were running late, she was a little mad that we were late, and after church I had to stop by the store to drop off a few things.

When I came back out, I surprised her with a mix platter of everything my guys had just cooked.: rice, lentil spinach, potato peas, butter chicken, and a little extra vindaloo sauce for heat.

Her eyes lit up!

"This is the best thing ever!" She said after the first bite.

Moments like that remind me of something that hasn't changed since the day I opened my doors: everything is still made fresh. From scratch, every single day.

And apparently, it's also the fastest cure for hangry. 😄

What kind of father would I be if I didn’t use my page and its 12,000 followers to give my kids’ business a little shout-out?

I didn’t help them start this business to make them rich. The goal was to give them real-world experience and teach them valuable life skills. Through this journey, they’ve learned how to update their website, receive and process orders, prepare products, package them, and ship them out to customers.
