Good morning stettler!
As annoying as the rain can be I think we all know how desperately we needed it! 🌧️🌧️
That being said, this week is the last week for our chocolate whipped cream! So put on your boots grab an umbrella and brace the rain for some delicious treats😁

Good morning Stettler!
As some of you may notice the road in front of the bakery up to 52st has been blocked off and will continue to be for the next month or so.
We understand how inconvenient this can be but still always ask for supporting your small local businesses during times like this.
That being said with the beautiful warm weather ahead we hope you will take the extra block to walk as an opportunity to soak up the sun☀️ if you need assistance in carrying your purchase please do not hesitate to ask for help! Even if it’s a block away or one of the parking lots we are happy to help!
Below I have highlighted in red the closures and in yellow the best places to park. Also in the photos below you will see some caution tape in front of our door. We ask you be vigilant and watch your step when approaching and leaving the bakery. This will be our temporary water set up during the construction And will stay until their project is done.
Finally big thanks to the stettler regional board of trade offering a draw to win $500 stettler dollars for supporting local businesses affected by the construction. All you have to do is make a purchase to enter and can enter multiple times throughout the construction period.

Yes, that’s right! All our donuts are hand cut and fried fresh every morning!
On average we fry about 600 donuts a day. The whole process of mixing the dough, letting it rest, shaping, cutting, proofing, frying takes about 3 to 4 hours usually done by one person. No big fancy machines around here! This is just one of the many important jobs done around here so we can provide fresh simple hand made products.

We will be closing at 12 noon Friday April 10th and all day Saturday April 11th to take part in the Stettler Trade show!
As our first time participating in an event like this we are excited to see you all there! Come say hi and tell us your stories about growing up with this bakery! We are so proud to keep this legacy of a small business going😁
