Pumpkin Spice has its moment. But here’s another fall favourite: Salted Maple Caramel Cold Brew. 🍁

Sweet. Salty. Epic.

Salted Maple Caramel Cold Brew

Ingredients:

- 1 cup Epic North Coffee of your choice
- 2–3 tsp pure maple syrup (to taste)
- 2 tbsp caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- A pinch of flaky sea salt
- Splash of cream or oat milk (optional)�

Directions:
1. Stir maple syrup + caramel sauce together until smooth.�
2. Pour over ice, add cold brew, and stir.�
3. Top with a pinch of flaky salt (and maybe a caramel drizzle if you want it extra).

We had to. But we made it epic. Our take on the Pumpkin Spice Latte uses real pumpkin purée, not just syrup. Because we don’t mess around.

- 2 tbsp real pumpkin purée
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice blend (or cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove mix)
- 1–2 tsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 cup milk (dairy or oat)
- 1 shot of our Summit Espresso

👉 Heat pumpkin purée + spices + maple syrup + milk until hot. Froth or whisk. Pour over espresso.
