A medium roast, washed Parainema from Finca Aurora in Matagalpa, Nicaragua, offering notes of dried apricot, roasted pecan, and milk chocolate. The cup feels balanced, warm, and easy to enjoy. This coffee comes from the farmโs Flor y Nata selection, made up of carefully chosen cherries from each season.
Enrique Ferrufino and Silvia Norori, doctors by profession, began building Finca Aurora in 2004. Today, the family continues that work together, bringing the same care and patience into every harvest.
Aurora operates as a fully integrated farm, with coffee grown, washed, and dried on site. That close involvement shows up clearly in the cup, with a clean profile and rounded depth.
