Nothing beats sharing a homemade pavlova with friends. ✨🤍 It’s been a long time since I’ve baked, so I decided to try something new, and I’m so glad I did. Light, airy, fresh, and just the right amount of sweetness. Definitely one of my favourites!

Spring recipes that pair perfectly with sourdough 🌿
Creamy lemon asparagus pasta + garlic & herb sourdough

Creamy Lemon Asparagus Pasta:
Cook pasta of choice and reserve a bit of pasta water
Sauté asparagus in butter or olive oil until tender
Add garlic (or garlic powder), salt, pepper
Pour in heavy cream + a squeeze of fresh lemon
Stir in parmesan until melted and silky
Add pasta + a splash of pasta water to loosen
Finish with lemon zest + extra parm

Simple, fresh, and made to be eaten with good bread 🥖✨

Everything is made in small quantities (as always), so it’ll be first come, first served — the early ones get the good stuff. Come by, grab something warm for your weekend table, and make a little stop at the stand part of your Easter tradition 🌷 cash & e-transfer accepted, street parking only.
