For all that might be curious what's happening with me, here's a little update.

For the last 3 years I've been fighting with health issues that have kept me from reopening. Finally the surgeon has come to the same conclusion my Cardiologist came to 3 years ago, I need a triple bypass. And now it needs to be done soon. It's become quite serious. So, within the next month I will have my surgery and then recover. As soon as that is done I will be reopening Kevin's Grill House. I will be back. Unfortunately I doubt it'll be at Canadian tire. But I will find a new location in Strathroy. I miss all my customers and my business.

If anyone has any suggestions please leave them here. As soon as I know I can open i will look for my new location.

Happy New Year everyone!!! I will return, most likely in the spring or early Summer. Thanks for all the support.

I'd like to let everyone know what's going on with me now. I'm sure everyone knows by now about the surgeries in August and September of 2021. Well, after the one in September I had a pick line in me for antibiotics. It developed blood clots and when it was removed those blood clots went to my heart. Shortly after Christmas I had a mild heart attack.

I'm not recovering so on Friday I went back to the hospital to have tests done on my heart. They found 3 blockages. Now I'm waiting for the surgeon to contact me and schedule bypass surgery. I just wanted to let everyone know this. I'll update as I find out more.

Well, have I had a ruff 8 months. Ruff, let's call it pure hell. I haven't been able to open my business since the beginning of August 2021. No income since then.

This all started with surgery for a life threatening flesh eating bacteria early in August. Just as I was recovering from that, an infection that also threatened my life set in and another surgery in September. I have some very deep scars from all that.

In December my wounds were finally healed enough for me to start getting ready to reopen. Just after Christmas I was preparing to open and extreme exhaustion set in. At the time I didn't know what it was. Now I do. I had blood clots move to my heart and as a result they believe I had a minor heart attack.

Damaged the right side of my heart and caused my body to retain fluid. I had about 80lbs of fluid. It was so bad that I could not breathe. My heart and lungs were filling and being compressed with fluid. I couldn't stand or walk. Once again I ended up in the hospital with a life threatening situation.

I seem to be recovering now. But I've been told to move my business from the spot it is now to a corner of the parking lot within a month. If there is anyone that might be able to help, please message me. Thanks, I will never give up, I love my business and my customers.

Ok my friends, this illness isn't done with me yet. I'm back in the hospital, round 2 of this fight. I'm sorry I haven't been there. I will be back as soon as I can beat this and heal.

Well guys, it turned out to be much more than a little health problem. On Aug 9th I went into the hospital for emergency surgeries. They were life threatening. I will be back, just have to heal for at least another 4 weeks. I am so sorry to all of you, for not being there. Looking forward to seeing all of my customers when I'm able to get back.
