PEI ROTI FUSION HAS BIG NEWS AND AN ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

After much thought and careful planning, PEI Roti Fusion will be embracing a new chapter later on this summer as we prepare to transition to a new location and home.

While details regarding the relocation are still being finalized, one thing still remains unchanged: our commitment to bold, layered flavours that you love and warm hospitality that have shaped our kitchen from the beginning.

We will continue serving our community with the dishes you love throughout the summer as we introduce our Coastal Seafood Series and work thoughtfully towards what comes next for PEI Roti Fusion.

We are deeply appreciative of the support, encouragement and shared meals that have carried us thus far. We look forward to sharing more updates as plans develop.

As such we have carefully crafted a limited menu just for Her filled with layered flavours -designed to bring comfort, excitement and indulgence.

Easter Weekend Joy at PEI Roti Fusion,

The first two days of Burger Love PEI Burger Love we welcomed guests traveling from Charlottetown and Tignish, and our local S'Side customers to try our PEI Sunrise Loco Moco creation. The reactions were priceless: WOW, smiles, "can't wait to eat this", "so excited, beautiful'....this is what makes all the hard work worth it. It's our first time participating and we didn't know what to expect. 115 gorgeous Burger creations on our Island, where in the world do you get this? Only PEI!

This Chef crafted Burger brings together a juicy 6oz Island beef patty coconut rice hashbrown, rich onion mushroom gravy, sesame kissed onion Chutney, and a crown of fried egg craddled in a pickled daikon and topped with mango salsa all nestled in a potato bun. We leave the top bun off to show-off the crown. You leave the top off to enjoy the crown.....beautiful Foodies, thank you for all the support you are extending during Burger Love and beyond.
