Hello Summer in Summerside,

We had a nice cooling period, perfect for those Summer swim' in warm coastal waters, life doesn't get any better than that.

We are writing to thank you from the depth of our hearts for showing ♥️ such amazing support for our Atlantic Coast Seafood Series. We absolutely LOVE firing up the fresh, Atlantic PEI Seafood in global flavours & graves, and we will continue to do so.

With your support, we bring you the much loved Korean Gochujang sauce cooked in layers of spices, slowly simmered with PEI fresh seafood: scallops and shrimp, layed atop of our handcrafted German egg noodles and grilled veggies, crowned with our Mango Salsa. A sweet-tangy-saucy medium heat seafood comfort experience.
We have also added the Sorrel house crafted juice alongside our Cane Ginger Limeade for a true Island experience.

ATLANTIC COASTAL SERIES: a fresh, new direction inspired by our Atlantic Coast and everything fresh is brings us during the seasons.

This is NOT adongle dish drop, its a Series of everything we got in our house from our Ocean for you:

1. Jerk Series:
Fish 2pcs, 3 pcs
Lobster Tail
Served with rice & peas
Topped with Mango Salsa

2. Coastal Salad:
Lobster & shrimp grilled with garlic butter
Tossed on cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, bell peppers, capers, mango dressed with our in-house citrus vinegarette.

PEI ROTI FUSION HAS BIG NEWS AND AN ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

After much thought and careful planning, PEI Roti Fusion will be embracing a new chapter later on this summer as we prepare to transition to a new location and home.

While details regarding the relocation are still being finalized, one thing still remains unchanged: our commitment to bold, layered flavours that you love and warm hospitality that have shaped our kitchen from the beginning.

We will continue serving our community with the dishes you love throughout the summer as we introduce our Coastal Seafood Series and work thoughtfully towards what comes next for PEI Roti Fusion.
