A Story...

Born and raised from two different parts of Vietnam, North and South, they fled the country by boats with their parents and siblings at a young age. As fate has already written, they met each other one day in a beautiful yet cold city of
Edmonton, Alberta. When they first met, he was a college student and she was a high school teenager. He asked “ What is your passion? ” She replied

“ People and food.” He nodded “ me too! and what is your dream? ” She
answered “ Well, growing up in my mother’s kitchen and truly inspired by her cooking , I would love to run my own restaurant someday ”. Almost two decades later together as a couple going through life, schooling, jobs, and now as parents with two little ones at the age of three and eleven months old, he looked at her and said “It’s time that you go after your dream!”

When families and friends heard about their
restaurant venture, they often shook their heads and said “ Good luck, but you two are insane! Wait until the kids are bit older! ”

Yes, we are that passionate! You can call us Steven and Lynn. We are just a regular couple who love people and food! Thank you for coming. We Pho-sure love to see you back here Pho-more! July 2012

To all our Vegan Pho lovers, this one is for you. ❤️

After serving our community at Chopsticks On Pho for over 13 years, one thing we heard again and again was, “It’s so hard to find a really good, Gluten free, Vegan Curry Pho out there! “

Well, today we’re excited to share that our Vegan Curry Pho Broth Concentrate 🌱 has found a new home at Yes Natural Goods in Richmond, BC!

This wonderful store is filled with natural, organic, specialty, and health-focused products, and we’re so grateful to be part of their shelves.

📣 MARKET UPDATE

We’re so sorry for any confusion regarding our market schedule.

Due to schedule changes, we will no longer be attending Lonsdale Quay Market on June 17 and June 24, and we will also not be attending Brentwood on June 21 as previously posted.

Instead, you can find us at the White Rock Farmers Market on June 21 from 10 AM to 2 PM. 🌸

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your support and understanding. Thank you for following our little family business, and we hope to see you at one of our markets soon! ❤️

June is looking BUSY… and we couldn’t be more excited! ❤️

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be market hopping all across the Lower Mainland, from North Vancouver to Burnaby, Surrey, Delta, White Rock, Abbotsford, and beyond….

“You never forget your first.” 💛

We made it onto Vancouver Island store shelves!

Last Friday, we took a trip to Vancouver Island for a very special milestone for our small family business.

A huge thank you to Kerry, Christy and the amazing team at Old City Cheese & Market for giving us the opportunity to have our very first store debut on the island and carry our products in their beautiful shop.
