Lunch Update || December 16th

What an incredible week its been, thanks to YOU, our wondeful guests. Some of our ingredients are temporarily low due to the influx of guests, however a fresh delivery just arrived! Our kitchen team is hustling to restock and prep, but to ensure we continue serving the best, we're temporarily embracing a condensed menu for lunch today.

Today's lineup includes our signature Chicken Parm Sandwich, Florence sandwich, BLT sandwich special, Steak sandwich, and Chef's choice pizza feature.

BLT - local thick cut bacon on sourdough with fresh tomato, lettuce

Pizza Feature - All Meat with locally sourced crispy bacon, Italian sausage, and salami

Steak Sandwich - 5 oz tenderloin steak sliced on sourdough garlic toast, topped with sauteed onions

Our team is working tirelessly to replenish and prep items for a full menu return. We're expecting a return close to normal by supper service and should be back to full strength by tomorrow. Your support means the world to us, and we're honored to have you dine with us.

Yesterday, Becki and Anna had the privledge of dropping off our collection of donated gifts at the Salvation Army, a powerful reminder of the impact we can have when we come together!

Our team is incredibly grateful for everyone who helped make our angel tree a reality, spreading love and cheer to all those who will receive these gifts this Christmas. Seeing our community's generosity firsthand has been a truly uplifting experience, and we feel blessed to be part of it. Swift Current is an extraordinary community that shines with kindness and compassion, and we are honored to call it home.

Although the deadline for donations to the Salvation Army has passed, there is still time to contribute to a worthy cause by donating cash or goods to the Southwest Crises Services Women’s and Children’s Shelter.

Dear Swift Current Community and Beloved Patrons,

With heavy hearts, we must share the bittersweet news that Trattoria Raccolto will be closing its doors on December 23rd, 2025. This decision comes after a deeply reflective year filled with both challenges and cherished memories.

Throughout our journey, we have poured our hearts and souls into creating a welcoming space that reflects the fun and vibrant spirit of Raccolto. We’ve faced numerous challenges in navigating the complexities of partnerships and management, all while striving to deliver unforgettable dining experiences in a rapidly changing economy. Our dedication to Raccolto has always been about more than just a business; it has been a labor of love for our remarkable team and the community we hold dear.

As owners, we stepped into this role with the intention of being investors. However, when difficulties arose, we knew we had to invest even more of ourselves—emotionally and financially—to keep Raccolto alive during difficult times and to support our hardworking staff. We fought valiantly against the challenges rooted in Raccolto’s early days, but despite our best efforts, we now face a journey we cannot continue.

As we reflect on this chapter and all the work that has gone into the creation of Raccolto, we feel immense gratitude for the incredible individuals who have walked alongside us: our dedicated staff members, many of whom have been part of the Raccolto family since the beginning, our outstanding general manager Becki Hattum, whose leadership has truly inspired us all, and our dear friends Tanner Hyswick and Alex Laird, whose guidance and support have proven invaluable throughout our journey.

As we prepare to close this chapter, we are filled with appreciation for the community that has supported us and shared in our vision. We would like to invite you to join us for a drink or a meal in the coming weeks to express our deepest gratitude for the extraordinary dedication and kindness of our staff, who have demonstrated remarkable courage, kindness, and resilience in the face of very challenging news. Raccolto Community Christmas Drive Reminder | Join Hands to Make a Difference This Holiday Season!

This is just a friendly reminder about our community Christmas drive initiative this year, supporting two amazing local causes that are dedicated to making a positive impact in our community.

Our partnership with the Salvation Army through their Angel Tree Initiative aims to put a smile on every child's face on Christmas morning. Additionally, we are supporting Southwest Crisis Services and their local safe shelter for women and children fleeing abusive situations, providing them with a safe and supportive environment.

The shelter's Christmas Wish List includes essential items such as personal hygiene products, hair care accessories, pajamas, and recreational activities that promote relaxation and stress relief. For children, the list includes fun and educational items like coloring books, art supplies, and games that encourage creativity and imagination.

To participate, simply select a tag from our tree to support the Salvation Army or pick up a bag under the tree to donate to the local Women's and Children's Safe Shelter. Return your donation to Raccolto and receive 10% off your meal as a token of our appreciation.

Raccolto’s general manager, Becki Hattum, has been working tirelessly to make this initiative a reality, and we’re incredibly proud to support her in this remarkable endeavor. 🫶🏼
