Our head Sushi Chef, Hak Sang Sung is originally from South Korea. He immigrated to Canada in 2007 with his family and has run Japanese restaurants in Manitoba and New Brunswick. Drawn by the beauty of Cape Breton Island Sung moved to Sydney in July 2015. Knowing Cape Bretoners appreciation for fine food, he has chosen to share his creations with those who will truly enjoy them. To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we’re giving away 150 complimentary bottles of wine (to take home) during dinner service on July 17 & 18.

Since we’ll be closed on July 20, we want to celebrate with you a little early!

🚨 BREAKING NEWS: The sun has been spotted over Sydney today. We repeat: THE SUN HAS BEEN SPOTTED.

To celebrate this rare and historic event, we are noting that the patio is officially OPEN for the season and ready for sushi, sunshine, and whatever vitamin D we can collect before the clouds remember where we live.
