June is cruising in with our friend Jeff at Carbon Mechanical Ltd. back in the creative driving seat 🚗 He's an old pro at creating June's Burger of the Month!
First he brought our tastebuds The JEFF! burger, and then he gave us a classic McJeff.
Now he's going Mexican and bringing us The Birria el Heffe
Slow cooked beef with a few guajillo peppers & chipotle peppers in adobo all in a savory broth - this shredded beef packs a flavour punch.
In full Lodge style, we've flipped the classic birria taco into a Birria Grilled Cheese with lozza melty mozza, diced onion and cilantro.
Enjoy maximum dippin! with a side of birria consomé.

Smiles Thru Lindsey Foundation
Lindsey More was a beautiful person inside and out. Her contagious laugh, charming and outgoing personality, big heart and warm smile hid something 1 in 5 Canadians battle within any given year: mental illness.
In September of 2015, Lindsey took her life.
During Lindsey’s lifetime, she told her father that she wanted to start a foundation that would raise money to help children, teens and young adults who are fighting mental illness but do not have the financial support required to get the proper help needed.
Her family is committed to making her dream a reality.
Just weeks after losing Lindsey, the More’s made a promise to help others in Lindsey’s name. With the help of their family and community, they developed the Smiles Thru Lindsey Foundation. The Foundation is committed to providing mental health supports and proactive, early intervention for youth in Red Deer❤️
