One of our favorites on the menu is our Thai Roasted Chicken — made the old-fashioned way, with care and patience. We start with a salt brine, marinate it overnight in our house Thai seasoning, then slowly roast it on our rotisserie spinner until it's juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Check the link!

Funny how life comes full circle.

From students at St. Clair College…
to now mentoring students from the same place, 20+ years later.

We see a lot of ourselves in them—
figuring things out, building confidence, and chasing a future.

At Chopstix, it’s never just about the job.
It’s about creating a space where people feel supported, grow into themselves, and for some—especially those far from home—find a sense of belonging.

This part of the journey means more than we can put into words.

Okay… we did a thing 😏

You know our CFC appetizer?
Yeah… we stuffed it into a bánh mì.
Crispy golden chicken, fresh crunch, pickled veggies, herbs, and a drizzle of tangy peanut sauce — all packed into one seriously stacked sandwich.
It’s giving not-on-the-menu energy and we’re here for it.

Was this planned? Not really.
Are we mad about it? Absolutely not.
