Salty chicken eggs or duck eggs,put little more salt.little papers and ingredients you like into water.boil the water together ,then leave the water cooling down,clean the eggs one by one and leave them dry make sure no water and oil on eggs,put all the eggs in a clean dry jar.when the water not hot or warm ,put them into the jar with eggs,and seal the bottle, after 30 days take out 2 pcs and boil them to try how salty is it and to check if the inside yellow part is nice.if ready can take them all out of the water and put them into fridge .i am making another bottle today and wait for 30 days to eat 😊
