Tortellini are a real treasure of Italian cuisine & a staple in Italian households over the holidays. One of the most familiar foods from the Emilia Romagna region, this delightful pasta dish is made with rolled egg pasta dough and encased with a variety of fillings. During this pasta cooking class you will learn how to prepare the traditional meat filling & shape the tortellini guided by our very knowledgeable chef.
