If you want the perfect roast, you need to sear it. 🔥🍖

To sear, you need to preheat your oven until it’s piping hot (220ºC is best), and then quickly put your roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes under that heat before reducing the temp right down to 160ºC-180ºC until the roast is fully cooked.
