Trying Maharashtrian food for the first time in Vancouver… and you should too. 👀🌱
 I recently visited this new spot on Cambie Street, serving recipes Geeta grew up eating in her village in Maharashtra, India.
 We tried five dishes, and three in particular made me want to come back, bring friends, and explore more of the menu.
 Trying new restaurants is fun. But discovering a whole new cuisine? Even better.
 If you’re heading to Vadapav Mirchi By Geeta here’s where I’d start:
 Oli Bhel — Eat this to start 
Sabudana Vada — Crispy, spicy potato-and-tapioca fritters with a coconut-peanut dip. 
Puran Poli — A sweet lentil-and-jaggery stuffed flatbread. I’m coming back for this one 100%.
 They’re fully vegetarian, with 40+ dishes that are vegan or can be made vegan. Just let them know you’re vegan when ordering. 🌱
