This month’s cannolo celebrates the dandelion, an ingredient with deep roots in italian cooking and plenty of stories to tell.
Created in collaboration with The Young Nonno , it’s inspired by the resourcefulness of our grandparents and the belief that some of the most memorable meals begin with the simplest ingredients.

If you’ve ever visited Tre Mari, chances are you ve met Elisa. 💓
She’s been filling sandwiches, dancing through the bakery, speaking Italian, making the team laugh, and
reminding us that the best part of Tre Mari has always been the people.
As she begins her retirement, we just want to say grazie for the years of laughter, kindness, and heart she’s shared with all of us. Tre Mari won’t be quite the same without her.

Meet John and Mathew, two of the contestants in our Soppressata Contest✨

For John and Mathew, making soppressata is about much more than the salami itself, it’s about friendship, family, and carrying on a tradition that has been part of their lives since childhood.
Their fathers were friends growing up, and both learned the craft from their families. What began as a family tradition has become something they now share together, blending recipes, techniques,and memories along the way.
