Great Fountain Fast Food

it's my birthday ❤️ WHICH MEANS...

If our little food stall in Scarborough means something to you—my team, parents, and I would appreciate your genuine 5 star review on Google ⭐

It takes 2 minutes of your time, yet will set the direction for where our small business ends up in the future.

Every year this is my one ask 🙏

If you find yourself coming to Great Fountain regularly, weekly, monthly, or even bi-monthly (basically if you still think about us and want us to succeed 🔥) LEAVING YOUR 5 STAR REVIEW + 1 SENTENCE ABOUT WHY YOU LOVE US WOULD PROPEL US TO THE MOON.

If you want to wish me a happy birthday, this is all I ask for 🫶

Thank you to the greatest community a Hong Kong fast food food court stall could have.

See you all soon ❤️

The restaurant industry has changed, so I set out to interview the brightest operators I know so a family restaurant like mine can not only survive but thrive in the years to come.

Thank you to DoorDash Canada for bringing this project possible.

Very special video for our mayor Olivia Chow Olivia Chow 🇨🇦 because she showed up for Great Fountain this year, despite us being just a small family run food court stall in Scarborough.

If there's anything I learned about leadership, it's that you need to be someone who works for the people who work for you.

Thank you Olivia for listening to us and for getting to know us admist your insanely busy schedule.

Scarborough, go vote 🔥

Which highschool in Scarborough did you come from? 👀

From 200 to 100 and there's no looking back.

The menu and inventory is so much easier to manage.

We can easily double up during crunch time so customers don't have to wait as long as they used to.

And newer staff members will have a lighter learning curve.

We still get a lot of people asking what we removed (because it looks like everything is still here) 😂

I shall take it as a compliment that we did this the right way.

As in taking away what drains our kitchen operations, and preserving the look and feel of what customers love to see on the outside.

What an honour it's been to sit down and share Great Fountain's story with the mayor of Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow

Never in my life did I think we would have anything remotely close to this kind of opportunity. To share what my Chinese immigrant parents did to get here, and to have open accepting ears from a leader in our city to not only listen, but to relate 💛

Thank you Olivia Chow 💯 we are rooting for you

Will our regular content ever return?

Will Great Fountain forever and voluntarily turn into a Pixel ambassador page for Google Pixel and Google Canada ?

Will there be garlic fried chicken content from the pixel 11 pro?

I tried to keep the story short.

If anybody has an idea on how we can give back to the people at Google (never in my life I thought I'd say that btw), please let me know in the comments below 🫶

We are grateful to be given this new chapter of great fountain from Google Canada 🙏
