As Earth Month comes to a close, this collaboration between and 1 Kitchen Toronto reflects a shared commitment to the land that continues beyond the season.

From Naagan’s foraged approach to menu creation, guided by the cycles of Mother Earth, to 1 Kitchen’s focus on sourcing locally and cooking with what the region offers at its peak, the evening was shaped by a common philosophy of respect, restraint, and seasonality.
