Hallacas! The Venezuelan signature Christmas Dish! It’s a corn meal pocket full of flavour! Filled with three meats (beef, pork and chicken) and garnished with olives and raisins, wrapped in banana leaves and boiled cooked is the most traditional dish in the Venezuelan table during Christmas and New Year’s Eve celebrations !
