Ontario asparagus is dressed with radicchio, radish, orange, and mint, then paired with braised navy beans and finished with a mustard vinaigrette. Bright, fresh, and made for sharing, it’s a great way to start the table, or even enjoy on the side of a pasta or secondi.

Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the wines, cuisine and landscapes of Puglia

In partnership with Alta Wines, we are pleased to presents five-course dining experience inspired by the timeless flavours of southern Italy. Each course will be paired with a carefully selected wine from Colli della Murgia, a pioneering organic producer nestled among the rolling limestone hills of the Murgia Plateau.

Founded on a deep respect for its natural surroundings, Colli della Murgia has cultivated its vineyards with a commitment to environmental biodiversity since it’s inception, becoming one of the first wineries in Puglia to receive Organic Certification. Their striking winery, built from local tuff and mazzaro limestone, and inspired by the historic De Laurentis plant near Santeramo, is a reflection of the harmony between the land, the vines, and the people who steward them.
