Not just wood fired authentic Neapolitan pizza at Pizza e Pazzi

With fall upon us, come and try our new seasonal Gnocchi ai Burro e Timo (housemade gnocchi in butter and thyme)

Method:

- gnocchi cooked to al dente in salted water
- generous amount of butter added into a pan with thyme and garlic
- cookedfor a few minutes and cooked gnocchi added to the pan with some pasta water
- gnocchi tossed in the butter and water to create an emulsion
- Parmesan cheese sprinkled over before transferring to the plate
- topped with roasted breadcrumbs, more Parmesan, fresh parsley and fried prosciutto strips
- paired with a glass of our delicious Chianti Montecchio
