A little bts from our last week at TBH 🫶🏼

If you told us a few months ago that we’d land our first wholesale customer, I honestly wouldn’t have believed you… but here we are and I’m feeling so grateful for this journey and everything that’s starting to unfold!

This has been a long time coming for us! From baking 6 cookies at a time to now being part of your daily coffee runs… it honestly means everything!

If there’s one thing we’ve learned from making our honey butter croissant cookies, it’s just how much love (and patience) goes into a croissant. 🥐 🍯 🧈

From carefully laminating the dough, to keeping the butter at just the right temperature, to letting them proof perfectly before baking…it’s a long process… and honestly, a literal work of art.

And that’s exactly why we take it a step further. Our caramelized croissant is made with real, homemade croissants baked in-house, bringing those flaky, buttery layers right into every bite of these cookies.
