make every genre delicious. All cakes are individually designed for your special event. Prices are determined by size, and the complexity of the design. Always keep in mind your cake is a centerpiece, something people will remember. No one ever takes photos of the fancy table cloths, but they will flock to your cake. We've produced fabulous & awe inspiring creations, including a life-size R2D2 cake & a wearable suit of chocolate armor. You dream it, we create it. The sky is the limit!

Did you know there are 47 distinct species of lavender, each with their own hybrids and strains leading to over 400 varieties!? 💜

When we set out to create our Ice Wine Lavender collection, we knew we didn't want just any lavender. We wanted one that would complement the other ingredients rather than overpower them.

So we made a trip to the beautiful farm, where we were able to walk through the fields, smell the different varieties, and learn about what makes each one unique. We chose a strain with a gentle floral aroma and a subtle peppery finish delicate enough to let the Madagascar vanilla bean and ice wine shine, while bringing its own beautiful character to every bite.

That lavender is slowly infused into our buttercream and paired with Madagascar vanilla bean cake gently soaked in syrup made from local ice wine. It's also the same lavender you'll find in our Lavender White Chocolate Bar, as it pairs so perfectly with the creamy white chocolate.

One of our favourite parts of what we do is getting to work with passionate local growers who know their craft so deeply. Every ingredient has a story, and we're so grateful to share theirs alongside ours.

The most colourful weekend of the week is upon us! Between the parties, the street fair, and the parade, we hope you are surrounded by love and big hugs and also great snacks. We love our community and our lives are made brighter by the presence of folks of all colours of the rainbow. There’s so much to be proud of and we couldn’t be more proud to be part of such a vibrant city.
