NEW SUMMER SANDWICH: THE CHICKEN HAVARTI β˜€οΈπŸ₯ͺ

Like everything else at Brodflour, we take pride in creating sandwiches that are as delicious as they are beautiful.

Meet our newest addition: the Chicken Havarti. Built on our in-house brioche bun (made using the offcuts from our croissants), it's layered with roasted chicken, expertly prepared and sliced by our friends The Butcher Shoppe, creamy Havarti from Cheese Boutique, a generous handful of dressed Salanova greens from Broadfork Produce, and finished with our house-made aioli and Dijon mustard.

Simple ingredients, thoughtfully sourced, and made with care.

We fill each pastry with silky house-made pastry cream and finish it with chocolate from our friends at Soul Chocolate , adding rich, complex flavour to every bite.

We're excited about this one!

We start with genoa salami sliced thin and piled high and top it with house made pickled Ontario fennel. We then top it with the most delicious spinach from and sandwich it between basil pesto, garlic aioli, aged cheddar from the cheese boutique and crumble some goat cheese on top, for good measure.
