🍕🌱 FINDING VEGAN PIZZA IN MEXICO!

Of course, no family vacation would be complete without discovering some delicious vegan food!

After navigating the limited vegan options at our resort, we were excited to find Coral Vegan Pizza in Playa del Carmen.

As a vegan chef, I’m always interested in discovering how plant-based cuisine is being prepared in different parts of the world.

🍲🎶 OUR FIRST SOUP SOULCIAL WAS A VIBE! 🌿🔥 TODAY AT 6PM we’re hosting our second one!

What started as an idea became an evening of food, music, culture and community and we couldn’t wait for another Soup Soulcial.

Today’s soups are corn soup and leek potatoes soup by Chef Lanre of 5 Principles Cuisines served up with some snacks. 🌱 And yes… you better come early! 😋

But Soup Soulcial is about more than what is in the bowl.

🍲🎶 THE FIRST SOUP SOULCIAL WAS A VIBE! 🌿🔥

What started as an idea became an evening of food, music, culture and community — and we couldn’t have asked for a better first Soup Soulcial.

Chef Kedon came through with the corn soup and fresh festivals, while Chef Lanre of 5 Principles Cuisines served up red peas soup and wraps. 🌱 And yes… the food was moving! 😋

But Soup Soulcial was about more than what was in the bowl.
