I finally tried the viral “mochi” hack everyone has been making, and honestly… I get the hype.
Rice paper wraps + Greek yogurt + fresh fruit, then into the freezer for 30 minutes. I made one with juicy mango and one with frozen blueberries, and both turned into the perfect cold, chewy, creamy summer snack.
Simple ingredients, high protein, naturally sweet, and surprisingly satisfying.
