Throw in over one hundred heavy-hitting California cabs, Australiaâs big-guns including multiple vintages of Grange & Two Hands, and spice up the selection with some of the great Barolos, Amarones, and dozens of dynamic Tuscan wines including the legendary 1985 Sassicaia, and you have the basis for one of the country's top wine lists.
