ME & Julio INC is looking for a Catering & Sales Manager

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and client-focused Catering & Sales Manager to join our team.

This is a dynamic role that combines client relations, event planning, sales, staffing coordination, and operational leadership. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for our catering clients and will work closely with both our kitchen and service teams to ensure every event is executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries and catering requests
Build relationships with clients and guide them through the entire booking and event-planning process
Prepare proposals, menus, and event details
Act as the liaison between clients, the kitchen team, and event staff
Coordinate event logistics and ensure smooth ex*****on
Recruit, hire, schedule, and manage catering staff
Identify sales opportunities and help grow the catering business
Maintain exceptional customer service standards before, during, and after events
Oversee event details from initial inquiry through completion

Qualifications:

Previous experience in catering, hospitality, event planning, sales, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Leadership experience and staff management skills are considered an asset
Professional, personable, and solution-oriented approach

Compensation:

Compensation is flexible and will be based on experience, skills, and the overall fit for the role. We are open to discussing:
