Our Lasagna Bolognese begins with Ontario-raised, grain-fed beef, slow-cooked for 16 hours with plum tomatoes until rich, tender, and full of flavour.

From there, we layer it between house-made lasagna sheets crafted with flour sourced from a 100-year-old mill in Italy, then finish it with a generous touch of Grana Padano.

No shortcuts. No pre-made sauces.

Just the long way, because some things are worth doing properly.
