High protein Iranian saffron ice cream in the Ninja Creami, inspired by traditional Bastani with saffron, pistachio, and frozen cream.
Recipe
340 g Fairlife vanilla protein shake (30 g protein)
30 g heavy cream (2 tbsp)
7–8 saffron strands, bloomed in 10 g hot water
2.5 g rose water (½ tsp)
45g Allulose(2 tbsp)
0.5 g xanthan gum
Blend well. Freeze 24 hours.
Spin on Lite Ice Cream, scrape sides, Respin, add 15 g pistachios, run Mix-In.
Top with frozen cream and enjoy.
