Good Afternoon Everyone!

Just thought I'd give you an update on future baking 🎉

For well over a year, I have been suffering with sore hands that were impacting my ability to use the mixer, spatulas, whisks, you name it 🥺 What many may not know is that I suffer with psoriasis and ended up with a flare up that was just the beginning of psoriatic arthritis. Health system the way it is, took awhile to be diagnosed and see a specialist. I'm hopeful that these new injections will be my miracle drug 🙏 I'm told 6 to 8 weeks before I'm feeling my normal self.... can't wait as I miss baking soooooo much!! 🤞🤞🤞

Hello All!!
Was hoping to be completely prepared for this wonderful holiday with a new Bar Special focusing on the most popular flavours for this time of year... such as pumpkin, carrot, cranberry to name a few.... Unfortunately, this past month has brought a nasty virus and I'm just now feeling "almost normal" although my voice is still froggy 🙄 To some, I'm sure that's a good thing (less talking) hahaha

One of my customers requested Nanaimo Bars a few months ago and loved them 😊 These bars are tasty with a chocolate ganache top, vanilla custard centre and a base of coconut, chopped almonds and cocoa. And then I thought....how about we crank it up a notch by swapping the vanilla for another flavour to customize for the holidays 🥰
