Spring has arrived in PEI, and with it comes one of the most anticipated moments of the year — Lobster Season!

There’s no better way to celebrate than by recognizing the hardworking fishers who brave early mornings, cold waters, and long days to bring this iconic island tradition to our tables. Their dedication keeps our coastal communities thriving and our plates full of the freshest catch.

To kick things off, we’re raising a roll — a hot buttered lobster roll, to be exact. Sweet, tender lobster, tossed with warm butter, piled high and served toasted… simply the way it should be.
