Our Trinity shop at Aunt Sarah's Chocolate Shop opens for the season tomorrow and we're fully stocked with your favourite ice cream, freshly roasted local Trinity Coffee Company company, hand made chocolate and our new surprise product launch. Stop by for chocolate and ice cream samples and to try our new treat launching this year!

Friday's weather is a little dreary, but perfect for a latte, espresso, flat white or gourmet hot chocolate. Saturday and Sunday's forecasts look great...maybe even ice cream weather!! 😎 Hope to see you this weekend!

Less than one week until opening day in Trinity! The team has been busy making ice cream, dialing in espresso equipment and creating our newest product line (full reveal coming later this week 😋). Our St. John's shop is open, scooping your favourite ice cream, making milk shakes and fresh waffle cones. Trinity will open for the season on May 8 (in Aunt Sarah's Chocolate Shop) followed by Bonavista and Rocky Harbour on May 15. Double digits in the forecast for next week and we're super pumped to open the rest of our shops!

Take advantage of the early bird discount for this year's Trinity Fort to Forge 5k/10k by registering before April 15! It's always tonnes of fun and raises money for two great volunteer organizations. This will be the best year yet!

St. John’s, we’re back scooping 🍦 We've opened up our dipping cabinet with all of your favourite Sweet Rock flavours, fresh waffle cones and milkshakes. Of course takeaway pints and gourmet ice cream bars are still available.

Alongside your favourite scoops we have the full line up of Aunt Sarah's Chocolate Shop chocolate… including all of the Easter specialties!

Stop by 174 Water Street in Downtown St. John's to see what's in the cabinet and try a sample or two :)

We may be in the middle of a nasty winter, but we're dreaming of better weather! If you love chocolate, ice cream and coffee, and are up for joining a great team, we may have a spot for you! Back by popular demand - and our third Christmas ice cream of 2025...White Chocolate Candy Cane! Loaded with Belgian white chocolate and crushed peppermint candy canes, this French styled ice cream is creamy, rich and loaded with flavour. Seasonal and in limited quantities, it goes great in a fresh waffle cone at our 174 Water Street shop in St. John's. We also have takeaway pints available in St. John's and for pickup at the Courthouse in Trinity.

Perfect with apple pie, a scoop of vanilla or on its own. Santa Claus is coming to town today! And so is our famous hot chocolate :) Sarah and Alexis will be at our 174 Water Street shop for the Downtown St. John's Santa Claus Parade and are excited to share our special Christmas flavours, gourmet hot chocolate (with roasted marshmallows) and tonnes of Aunt Sarah's Chocolate Shop Christmas chocolate.
