I was at work and didn't get to see the birthday girl this year. I was smiling whole afternoon thinking she will see this set upon pick up.

This is my 5th year making special macarons for her.

I am full for custom orders the whole month of June and mid July.

I will have two preorders coming up - Father's Day and end of school gift for teachers. As always, I will not be posting the designs for teachers to surprise them. I will make a post that preorder is open and you can message me to view them.

We are away most of the day today,
But at 11 on the dot, I call Heidi for our Saturday treat. Coconut frappucino with coconut jelly and boba pearls for me. Ah, the best. I asked her one time to recommend a drink for me, she picked this and I have never looked back. Strawberry smoothie for the kids, too. We head to the cafe and our drinks are ready. Thank you so much LOVUS Coffee & Tea!

Macarons/silvanas need to be in the fridge or in the belly already.

Preorder for pick up next Friday, May 22nd.

Silvanas are made of cashew + meringue cookies, filled with my chosen fillings, coated with more fillings and cashew chunks.

Yemas are caramel balls.

And for the macarons: You have to trust me in this filling - the popular hazelnut chunks and the lemon with whole fresh raspberry in the middle. You will love macarons again over silvanas. 😁
