Another new design and technique! It took me a while to get the hang of it and it made me wish I had taken more visual art courses in high school. Its still not perfect but nothing more practice can fix.

The colour palette was inspired by our wedding theme. My wife and I celebrated our first anniversary this month and I only had the time to finish the cake last week.

This one is for the hairdressers/hairstylists out there! I wanted to try another design that I've only seen online, which is this gravity defying cake. I didn't know it was going to turn out ok and I didn't have a back up plan lol

The hair brush is made out or rice crispy treats, fondant, chocolate and Tootsie Roll. The cake is my famous chocolate cake filled with chocolate cream and marshmallow. The exterior icing is vanilla swiss meringue buttercream.
