We just couldn't wait until tomorrow. pi training pop-up tonight!

Come on by starting at 4pm. We'll be serving until 8 or until we sell out. Regular hours of operation start tomorrow, Friday May 30th.

The oven is lit, dough is proofed and we're ready to kick off the 2025 pi season. See you soon!!

🍕Pi Opening Update!! 🍕

Guess what?!? We have an opening date for Pi.

The doors of your favourite blue shipping container will swing open for the season on Friday May 30th. A tiny bit later than we wanted, but we’re so excited to eat pizza we won’t dwell on that.

Hours of operation:

Friday: 4pm-8pm (or until we sell out)
Saturday: 12pm-3pm and 4pm-8pm (or until we sell out)
Sunday: 12pm-5pm (or until we sell out)

We have missed you all so much, and we can’t wait to see you next week.

Please note this is only an opening announcement for Foundry pi. We still have a little bit more work to do for Foundry Kitchen but it’s so close. Keep an eye out for opening date in the VERY near future.

That’s a wrap on the 2024 pi season.

Thank you all for being a part of this year. We had a great time making pi in the beer garden. We’re so thankful we have this opportunity to work alongside Rob and Joanne and team.

A special thank you to Hannah, Brad and RJ for keeping things running this year. You all did such an awesome job, and we’re thankful for each of you. RJ was the king of pi this season, and we could not have done it without him. He really took a leadership role and kept things running smoothly. We calculated that he cooked approximately 9000 pizzas this season!!

We will be counting down the days until the May long weekend when we fire up that oven again.

It’s that time of the year when we must leave you for the winter. It’s been a great season, and we’ve had an awesome time serving pizza in the beer garden of . But all good things come to an end.

This weekend will be the final weekend for the 2024 season.

Hours are as follows:

Friday October 4th: 4pm-8pm (or until we sell out)
Saturday October 5th: 4pm-8pm (or until we sell out)
Sunday October 6th: 12pm-2pm and 3pm-5pm (or until we sell out.

A big thank you to everyone for another fantastic year. We’ll be counting down the weeks until we re-open in spring of 2025.
