『呼吸を聴く、尺八瞑想』

尺八を吹くことは、自分の呼吸、身体、そして内なる感覚に深く耳を澄ますことでもあります。
慌ただしい日々の中で、自分の呼吸そのものに本当に意識を向けたのは、いつが最後だったでしょうか。
尺八は、日本の伝統的な竹の笛です。その音は呼吸そのものによって形づくられ、豊かで深い響きを生み出します。その音色に、心が落ち着き、地に足がつき、自分の内側へと意識が向かうのを感じる方も多くいます。
このワークショップでは、尺八を通して、シンプルな音と呼吸を、一音一息ずつ丁寧に味わっていきます。演奏技術や上達を目的とするのではなく、少しペースを緩めて、自分の内側に耳を澄まし、「今この瞬間」に静かに身を置く体験へとお誘いします。
呼吸、音、静けさがひとつになる、やさしくマインドフルな時間をぜひご一緒ください。

Playing the shakuhachi is a way of listening deeply to your breath, your
body, and your inner self.
In the busyness of everyday life, when was the last time you truly
noticed your own breathing?
The shakuhachi, a traditional Japanese bamboo flute, produces a rich and
resonant sound shaped by breath itself. Many people find its sound
calming, grounding, and deeply reflective.
In this workshop, you will explore simple sounds and breathing through
the shakuhachi, one note and one breath at a time. Rather than focusing
on performance or technique, we invite you to slow down, listen
inwardly, and experience the quiet presence of the present moment.
Join us for a gentle and mindful session where breath, sound, and
silence come together.
