Our fish sauce is sourced directly from Phú Quốc, Vietnam—an island renowned for producing some of the country’s finest fish sauce. Made from high-protein anchovies and traditionally barrel-aged for months, it develops the rich, savoury depth that defines authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
