On sait que le café, c’est sacré. Mais des fois, un bon chai latte bien épicé, ça frappe juste comme il faut. P*s si t’as besoin d’un extra kick, on te le fait en dirty chai avec une shot d’espresso 👀

Le concentré , c’est ce qu’on utilise ici – p*s bonne nouvelle, on le vend aussi. Si t’es curieux, viens d’abord le goûter chez nous avant de repartir avec ta bouteille. Simple de même.

Meet the mastermind behind Café Balance: our caffeine-addicted, metalhead boss from the Dominican Republic. If you’ve been here, you’ve definitely met Daniel—he’s the sarcastic dude running the show with a heart of gold (and probably a Redbull in hand).

Eight years ago, he opened this place solo, grinding harder than your morning beans until he built the dream team of 5 who all commute an hour just to be here. That says everything about how special this place is. 🫶

On vous présente le génie derrière Café Balance : notre boss accro à la caféine, métalleux dans l’âme et originaire de la République dominicaine. Si vous êtes déjà passé par ici, vous connaissez déjà Daniel — ce gars sarcastique qui gère tout avec un Redbull à la main.

Il a ouvert cet endroit il y a déjà huit ans, en travaillant seul comme un acharné avant de réunir une équipe de 5 personnes. Chacun fait une heure de route pour venir, et franchement, ça en vaut la peine. 🙌

Stanley Hudson: A French roast—bold, rich, and unapologetically slow. The kind of coffee you savor while dreaming of retirement or counting the minutes to Pretzel Day.

Kelly Kapoor: A caramel latte-flavored blend—sweet, extra, and 100% ready to spill the tea (or coffee). Comes with sprinkles because… why not?

Angela Martin: A decaf espresso—sharp, no-nonsense, and very judgmental of anyone who dares to add sugar. Pairs well with a side of passive-aggressive glares.
