Today a friend asked…
“you must not want to eat this after cooking it all day eh?”
I sat with this for a second and replied… “No…. I can’t wait to eat it actually!”

It’s amazing to me how I can never get tired of eating my Japanese curry. I get tired of a lot of foods (even other things I cook) but not this.

So tonight with my veggie leftovers, I made dinner for me and my youngest. Stir fry veggies with tofu on top of curry and rice. Probably one of my favs… especially with seasonal veggies starting to appear in the local markets. (Fiddleheads)

I consider myself so lucky to be able to do what I love and share this love with you all.

Sorry for my long post. Just had to share.

Hi friends! Here is the week of April 14th - 20th schedule:

- April 17th @ a private event
- April 19th for their Easter Egg Hunt event! 11am - 3pm.

Vernon we are looking forward to seeing you for the first time this season!
On that note I want to also give a huge Thanks to all of Kamui’s amazing customers that drive from Vernon to Lumby for our yummy food!
