In memory of Wendy Olson ❤️

It is with great sadness that we announce the recent passing of Wendy - wife, mother, and the founder (heart and soul) of Pizza Gratta

Her brilliance is experienced through every aspect of Pizza Gratta.

Wendy desired the old school way of making food - how her mother and grandmother had taught her - as a way of bringing nutritious food based on healthy sourdough, to the masses.

Every recipe of her own design. The original sourdough master of Pizza Gratta.

The work we do every day is in honor of her and the joy she brought to our lives. Her husband, son, and daughter continue on with the legacy she built: that quality should be the driving force to strive for in every facet of our lives.

We will be closed today, Friday Jan 2, 2025 in memorium.

Thanks to everyone - family, friends, the Silverstar Community, and our customers for all of your support and understanding during this time ❤️
