Looking for some advice from fellow restaurant owners and our valued customers

A customer is requesting 25–30 soy sauce packets with their Skip order and mentioned they may complain if we don’t provide it.

What would you do in this situation?

1) Provide all requested condiments to avoid complaints
2) Set a reasonable limit and let them complain if needed
3) Laugh

Last night on New Year’s Eve was incredibly busy, and our entire team worked very hard.
