Calzone - Ricotta, Fresh mozzarella, Genoa and Calabrese salami, Parmigiano, basil and tomato sauce. Perfetto!

Panna base with Yellow Zucchini, Red onion, Chili flakes, Marinated goat cheese* & Basil

*Goat cheese in oil infused with garlic, rosemary, thyme & peppercorn, strained into a bowl with lemon zest and bay leaves. 👏

For 18 years we've been making Neapolitan pizza.

Dough made with 4 ingredients, rolled and stretched by hand, traditional and quality ingredients, cooked in a wood fired oven, a bit charred, with a few blisters. Perfetto!

Stop by for a pizza or 2 or maybe grab your wagon! We make our pepperoni, sausage and meatballs in our very own workshop gelato, tiramisu and chilli oil too!
